Conduct material inspection for tooling and production activities to ensure mechanical integrity and compliance with industry specifications; Establish, monitor, and optimize welding parameters to ensure consistent product quality and process efficiency in pipe manufacturing; Evaluate specialized mechanical equipment's and support productivity improvements through new maintenance technologies and methods; Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for mill systems, threading lines, and heat treatment units; Implement and maintain quality control systems across pipe forming, welding, heat treatment, and threading processes, ensuring adherence to ISO-9001 and applicable industry standards; Coordinate process parameter adjustments and corrective actions (CAPA) for nonconformance events during pipe production and heat treatment.
Requirements
Must have at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and 2 years of experience in Steel Pipe Manufacturing; Experience must include material inspection, establishing and monitoring welding and process parameters, and maintaining quality control standards.
